SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Hikari Shipping Policy
Hikari partners with major international shipping companies, including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These carriers work with local couriers, allowing us to ship directly to your door and proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
You will be charged at the time of placing your order. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days to process. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Process
We typically require 2–5 business days to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier’s sort facility. Some items may take longer, particularly around major holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock shortages.
Once your order begins processing through our shipping department, we cannot make any changes, including address modifications. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
We ship only on business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates due to differences in our manufacturing partners’ locations.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier’s sort facility.
For some shipping companies, tracking information may take several days to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking update, please contact us.

Delivery Times
Shipping times vary by destination. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times are:

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, Hikari cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, or other disruptions.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are charged once a shipment reaches the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Hikari has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Hikari is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
We rely on the carrier’s tracking timestamp and delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return requests. Claims may not be honored if they are not reported promptly.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address before placing an order. We begin processing orders immediately and cannot make changes once they have entered the shipping process. If the order has already been processed, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
